I would massage my head every day using my fingertips only - no nails. I would even sometimes lay on my bed with my head hanging off to the floor to get blood circulation into my scalp. It works. You'll feel it. Hey - every little bit helps. Right? And it's free and easy to do. So why not have a go at it?

Important Note #4: 02.01.2007 - Could it be just a coincidence that we lose our hair in the front and top but not in the back and sides? We just so happen to be genetically programmed that way? Possibly, but I have a theory that we should consider.

We all sleep, at some point during the night, on our back and sides. This means the back of our heads and sides are getting a good amount of bloodflow. However, the top of our heads are not. Not even when we're awake is the top of our head getting much bloodflow.

However, if you stand on your head or bend over, you will. I'd be willing to bet that if we even just slept with our faces head-on into a pillow at night, for a few hours, we'd have a decent amount of bloodflow - enough to save some hair or grow some back if it hasn't been gone for too long.

But, we can't sleep this way or we'd suffocate. We can't sleep standing on our heads either. So the next best thing would be to get the blood flowing in your scalp another way.

Have you ever been to a hair salon to get your hair cut and/or styled? They usually wash your hair first. During this shampoo and conditioning, you're getting a scalp massage. The barber shop doesn't do this.

Now you can do the same massage yourself anytime you want. Do it once or twice a day. Whatever it takes to get blood flowing in your scalp. This can't possibly hurt your mission to keep your hair or grow some back. Can it? It can only help.

So get started now. Add this to your daily hair restoration techniques. At the very least, you're giving yourself a massage. How bad can that be?

<---End of Important Note #4 --->

I've always been very careful when it came to styling my hair. I very rarely go against my part. That's a bad idea because it puts unneeded stress on your hair. When I brush my hair back - I'm extremely gentle. While combing it back, I actually put pressure on my hairline to make sure I don't pull any hair out! It's actually not a good idea to backcomb your hair. Avoid it if you can.

I never use hair spray or gel. I even ask my hair stylist to avoid putting anything in my hair. I only blow-dry my hair when I really need to (very cold weather, going someplace fancy, etcetera).

Update as of 02.01.2007 - I've practically ceased all concern about losing my hair. So, I must admit, I do use some hair styling products these days. However, most days I'm fine with just using Minoxidil. Believe it or not, I actually use it as a means to keep my hair styled and in-place. It works! But, like I said, I do use gels, pastes and other things. I hope that reading this eBook brings you to the same success with regrowth that I've come to realize...

Be strong! It's not always easy to get your hairdresser to listen to you. They always seem to want to put something in there. While they surely have good intensions, they may not understand where you're coming from.

I'm obsessive - aren't I? Hey, that's why I wrote this e-book. Keeping my hair is very important to me. And I'm sure it's very important to you too.
